EtherCAT® Master Stack Class B
EC-Master Class B is an ETG.1500-compliant EtherCAT® MainDevice stack for cyclic process data exchange and network management. It configures the bus via ENI file or online scan, manages the EtherCAT State Machine, monitors errors, and handles all standard mailbox protocols (CoE, EoE, FoE, SoE, AoE, VoE). Multi-Bus operation and SubDevice-to-SubDevice communication are supported. Distributed Clocks are not part of Class B, they are described in the Class A manual. Hot Connect, Cable Redundancy, MainDevice Redundancy and Remote Access Service are separate Feature Packs that extend this base.
